Paolo Nutini

Paolo Nutini è un cantautore scozzese con discendenze italiane e precisamente toscane. Paolo, spinto dai suoi genitori, si è dedicato fin da piccolo e fino ad adesso ha inciso due album: These Streets nel 2006 e Sunny Side Up nel 2009.
L'inizio della carriera di Paolo sembra quasi una storia degna di certi film per ragazzi. Nel 2003 un concittadino di Paolo, Davin Sneddon, vince la prima serie di Fame Academy (la versione della BBC di Amici). A seguito di questa vittoria viene organizzato uno spettacolo in suo onore. Purtroppo Sneddon, in viaggio per Londra, si presenta in forte ritardo per lo spettacolo. Per placare il pubblico spazientito dal ritardo viene organizzato un quiz. Il premio per il vincitore è la possibilità di esibirsi sul palco. Nutini vince e si esibisce, facendosi notare da Ken Nelson, un produttore che gli offre una collaborazione dando il via alla sua carriera.
